Shooter was located out of sight on the tower aircraft beacon maintenance ladder. It is difficult to see the smoke in the video and the images above. You will also notice how interference was run when the video breaks up revealing team operations synchronization for when the shots were timed to start. They covered their tracks very well. The race who lives in this civilization are FAR more intelligent, knowledgeable, educated, and advanced than their superficial surface dwelling counterparts. They are a truly civilized race who educates, nurtures, enables, loves and treasures their children as their sacred and precious legacy; instead of aborting, abusing, wounding and exploiting them like savage cannibals.

We have just as much intelectual and creative potential as they do however, we are instead subject to horrifically incompetent educational systems, continuous mass herd mind control programs, disinformation, abuse, violence, trauma, subjugation exploitation, branding and slavery. Despite earth being a tightly controlled planetary animal farm, there are some who know this submerged hidden civilization exists and have actually seen it with their own eyes.

We Do Not Control ANY Important Technology

The surface population does NOT control any of the important and advanced technology we all take for granted. This is instead developed and distributed by conglomerate corporations that are opaque and operate in secret, outside the purview of any laws or jurisdictions of surface governments. There is a technology sharing program in place where we get bread crumbs that are then used to slowly build out our known public civilization which has been carefully impeded and reset over the course of centuries. The technology that is fast tracked and deployed into our society is anything that enables and supports full spectrum surveillance in order to tighten the leash around the monkeys who roam on the surface. We live under extremely tight control and any shining lights among us who may help advance our technological progress and understanding of reality, leading us towards liberation, are either harvested and absorbed or killed. Too much knowledge is a grave threat to these planetary managers. Their power is derived from the control of information and knowledge. It is imperative for them to keep us dumbed down, listless, and unproductive while they advance their hidden civilization exponentially.

The Animal Farm

All of the highly advanced technology we read about being developed and the application of that technology, which we use on a daily bases, the majority of people on planet earth have NO IDEA where it came from or how it works. In a way, we are like spoiled retarded children who just take all these gifts we were given for granted. I would say that 99.9% of the people in our society don't know how a florescent light works. A marvel of ingenuity from the 1930's that uses electrical current to ionize mercury creating plasma in a glass tube of argon gas that is hotter than the surface of the sun; employing ingenious electric ballast controls which safely regulate it's operation. Instead of being highly intelligent and productive humans on a personal path to develop and apply our full potential to contribute to the progression of our species, we are instead the dumb monkey operators working for a foreign technological system we know nothing about, had no part in creating, and have no interest understanding, developing, or improving. This is intentional. The planetary managers who own EVERYTHING, control the knowledge and direction of technology and the future of civilization, DON'T NEED US anymore. This includes the ruling proxy subclass of order taking, useless eatering stewards, who we think actually run this planet.

What are we Going to Do?

We are living in the days where they have decided to cull the population via stealth genocide and wars. Having needed our monkey labor for centuries to operate the heavy machinery, they are now at the point where humans can be replaced by AI and robots. This is ALL already in place. They are done with us and I hate to say it, there is not much we can do about it. What are we going to do? Destroy our only planet like spoiled little children having a temper tantrum? They have already nipped that threat in the bud decades ago. Yes, we have been used, abused, exploited, subjugated, and enslaved for essentially the duration of known human history; kept in a codified and pacified bubble of ignorance and we have now reached the end of the road. We stuck around as a farmed surface species because the planetary managers needed us; today that is no longer the case.

Where are All the Brilliant People?

Think about it. Most of the technology we take for granted is almost mind bogglingly complex. Have you ever met anyone in your life who actually knows how things work? Who has actually engineered these incredibly complex systems? Seems most are operators of some sort. As we meet people throughout our lives, we see that some are smarter than others but there is rarely someone who is brilliant and at the level necessary to create this plethora of technology we all take for granted. For crying out loud, 95% of people today can't even install an electrical wall outlet. This is utterly pathetic. We are the beneficiaries of a technological society that we know NOTHING about. We are simply monkeys who do simple tasks for some other higher level of management that is unseen to us and unknown to us and we NEVER even take a second to question any of it. This proves how incredibly ignorant and DUMB we actually are. We have unlimited creative potential, yet squander it on bullshit, selfish, meaningless and useless lives. We are essentially clueless, expendable, slaves, doing what we are told.

The Big Picture

Very few of us are big picture thinkers. We are instead myopic, compartmentalized, in the box, trained pets. We are like a zoo workforce leveraged as a raw natural livestock resource. The level of information, knowledge, understanding and wisdom of the human populous today is a complete disgrace. It's like a splinter has been jammed into our minds eye rendering us def, dumb, and blind; divorced from the unlimited natural potential of our very short lives; which I argue has been engineered to keep us suppressed. By the time a few of us may have climbed high enough to make some breakthroughs as to understanding the nature of reality and the Truth of our predicament, we then either die or are executed. Yes, the more I learn and the more aware I become, the more I realize that earth is indeed a very sophisticated and advanced slave colony run by a greater, far more intelligent and knowledgeable hidden civilization herding and farming us as an industrial asset.

Antarctica is rich with natural resources, the only problem is that most of these coveted resources are buried under two miles of frozen water. The thick ice sheets pose many problems, one being the enormous weight of the south pole ice acts like a gyroscopic anchor point which maintains the balance of Earth’s spinning axis, during even a gradual pole shift, this balance is offset causing an increase in ice melt, in turn, catastrophically quickening the geophysical crustal displacement. With two miles of ice covering most of the continent, a rapid melt would also likely submerge the clandestine German civilization. To avert a global species ending cataclysm, the breakaway Germans consulted with earths global leadership and governments to reach a unified consent of shared existential interest. Most of the western industrialized nations have formed an alliance with the more technologically advanced 4th Reich in Antarctica. This alliance is known as "The New World Order".

Global Warming

Under a cover called "Global Warming" and later rebranded as "Climate Change", Geosynchronous polar orbit solar mirror melting operations to break up the ice sheets by directing sunlight on to the southern continent commenced somewhere between the 1990s to early 2000s. This operation continues to cause destabilization to earths weather patterns; changes in the jet stream, bizarre weather, stronger storms, hotter summers and record cold winters. As massive ice sheets break off, tsunamis are caused like the Indonesian Tsunami of Dec 2004 and the 2011 Fukushima Tsunami. To mitigate these ongoing affects, and the natural changes occurring on the sun, additional geoengineering has also been deployed using continuous aerosol spraying in earths atmosphere; a phenomena we call "chemtrails". I suspect the CERN LHC also plays an important role using resonance to maintain an electromagnetic gyroscopic counter balance to the man made, technologically controlled, moving of earths axis.

The Open Secret

With open admission of the geomagnetic polar shift, the controlled geophysical crustal reorientation is well underway. It is estimated that earth's crust has already moved thousands of miles. This secret is known to many in the ruling class with their high profile trips to Antarctica for "Man Made Global Warming" revealing the truth hidden in plain sight for anyone paying attention. Russia is also well aware of this as demonstrated by Orthodox Patriarch Kirill's visit to the continent. I suspect that since Russia is not on board with the "Global Warming" agenda, they must have other contingency plans to preserve their civilization. Perhaps Russia may fair well in its new position after the shift is complete. Seems Putin is only willing to play ball with Trump and not the Global New World Order Nazis who appear to have their own plans for Russia and the rest of the world.
