It is the day election certification will be denied to Donald Trump; who, after winning the presidency in a historical crushing landslide, the entrenched establishment that has burrowed themselves into the nations capitol like an infestation of tics will make their FINAL move. This of course is intended to provoke violence and bloodshed and shut the government down in order to invoke COG (Continuity Of Government). A bipartisan group in Congress is right now proposing a 28th Amendment called the "continuity amendment" to prepare the nation for a mass casualty event in DC. An act of desperation in order to cling on to power telegraphing their true intent to the American People.
However, on January 6th 2025, something went horribly wrong. The meticulously planned trap FAILED. As expected, tens of millions of people descended on the nations Capitol and instead of the anticipated violence and bloodshed, victory was snatched from the jaws of a hackneyed and entrenched establishment who have overstayed their welcome . The Heart of the American people was displayed for all the world to see and a national party was declared as EVERYONE across the nation celebrated a hard earned victory. THEIR voice was finally heard LOUD and CLEAR. Like the bell of Freedom resonating across the land, the nation instead closed down for days and weeks of fervent celebration. Nothing strikes fear into the heart of tyranny more than a people united in joy and happiness.

7. Laboratory Replication of Crop Circle Plant Changes
Apical node (the first node beneath the seed-head) elongation and
expulsion cavities (holes blown out at the lower plant-stem nodes)
have been induced in normal plants in the laboratory by placing
them in a commercial microwave oven for between 20-30 seconds. It
is microwave radiation, here, that is heating up the moisture inside
the plant stem which--as it turns to steam and expands--either
stretches the more elastic fibers at the top of the plant, or blows
holes in the tougher nodes farther down the plant stem.
The more positive plant changes--enhanced growth rate, increased
yield & iincreased stress tolerance--observed in the laboratory in
seedlings grown from cropcircle plants which were mature when the
crop circles occured, have also been replicated in the laboratory.
In 1998 W.C. Levengood and John Burke obtained a patent (Patent
#5740627) on equipment they developed which delivers unusual
electrical pulses to normal seed. Called the MIR process and carrying
the registered Trademark "Stressguard," this equipment creates
organized electron-ion avalanches which then form organized plasmas,
to which seeds are exposed.
Corn, tomato, carrot and many other seeds will, after exposure to
the MIR "Stressguard" process, show increased seedling growth-rate
and accelerated maturity, increased yield (25-35%), and a substantial
improvement in ability to withstand typical plant "stressors" (lack
of water and/or sunlight). Numerous field trials conducted by
multiple universities and international seed companies substantiated
these results and John Burke spent several years attempting to find

The ability to replicate in the laboratory many of the changes
documented in cropcircle plants is a strong indicator that the
energies utilized in the lab are also involved as causative mechanisms
in the field. In the field the major question is where are these
plasma systems originating, and why?

Resonators of surface plasmons are discussed in this review. Any
material supporting the excitation of surface plasmons, either by
light, or by electron beams can be used for designing a resonator.
Despite the number of materials supporting surface plasmons being
restricted to a small number, noble metals, some two-dimensional
materials as graphene, transition metal oxides, and several highly
doped semiconductors have been used in plasmonic applications.
Isolated and coupled metal nanoparticles, arrays of particles on
substrates, nanoparticle suspensions, alternated metal and dielectric
thin films, dielectric cavities in surfaces of noble metals and
sheets and stripes of two-dimensional materials are typical examples
of systems used for excitation of plasmonic resonances. These
resonances have been used in a fast increasing number of applications:
transformation of light beam properties, selective optical induced
heating, sensing of chemical or biological compounds, enhancement
of non-linear optical excitation in nanomaterials, optical coherence
applications in quantum optics. The operating spectral range, variety
of sizes, shapes and geometrical configurations that can be tailored
and the exceptional optical properties of surface plasmons promote
their use in a wide variety of applications at the nanoscale, where
other types of resonators cannot be used, or are too inefficient.
We review a large variety of plasmonic resonators and their most
relevant properties. We first discuss the fundamental properties
of the plasmonic resonances, using simple physical models. Then we
present a retrospective of applications evidencing the most relevant
aspects of interaction of surface plasmons with matter and radiation.
Finally we focus the most recent applications covering metamaterials,
plasmonic materials with topological properties and resonators
supporting plasmon-electron interaction.

Plasmon
In physics, a plasmon is a quantum of plasma oscillation. Just as
light (an optical oscillation) consists of photons, the plasma
oscillation consists of plasmons. The plasmon can be considered as
a quasiparticle since it arises from the quantization of plasma
oscillations, just like phonons are quantizations of mechanical
vibrations. Thus, plasmons are collective (a discrete number)
oscillations of the free electron gas density. For example, at
optical frequencies, plasmons can couple with a photon to create
another quasiparticle called a plasmon polariton.
The field of study and manipulation of plasmons is called plasmonics.

The Political Declaration on Responsible Military Use of Artificial
Intelligence and Autonomy provides a normative framework addressing
the use of these capabilities in the military domain. Launched in
February 2023 at the Responsible AI in the Military Domain Summit
(REAIM 2023) in the Hague, the Declaration aims to build international
consensus around responsible behavior and guide states’ development,
deployment, and use of military AI. The Declaration provides a
basis for exchanging best practices and building states’ capacities,
which will allow endorsing States to share experience and ideas.
The Department of State, in collaboration with the Department of
Defense, convened the inaugural plenary meeting of States endorsing
the Political Declaration on March 19-20, 2024. This plenary meeting
was the first step to working with endorsing States to operationalize
and implement this groundbreaking initiative. The United States
will convene regular dialogue among endorsing States to further
promote international support for and implementation of these
responsible practices.
The United States encourages all states to support the Declaration
and join with other endorsing States to promote responsible military
use of AI and autonomy.

Preferably one that doesn't explode in your pocket. Prince is also former CIA. He and other Navy SEAL Congressmen and Senators are pushing to reform government agencies like the Secret Service while claiming there is a mole in the agency. What we are witnessing here is the obvious machinations of a hegelian dialectic in play.

There is a lot of talk about election security for the upcoming November 5th election. There is also the looming threat of yet another government shutdown. If the government shuts down and there is such great concern for the safety of election workers; presumably from the radical, rampaging Trump mobs; it seems the establishment is making its move to postpone or disrupt the November 5th elections. If the military however, steps in and secures every polling location in America, prohibits mail in and dropbox voting, opting instead to force ID checking, in person, paper ballot voting, who's outcome will be determined election evening via a manual count, then that would clearly mark checkmate for the November 5th "election integrity" play. peripheral role over the first network connection; and a mobile
application installed on a mobile computing device that is programmed
to communicate with the controller over the second network connection,
the mobile application communicating in a central role over the
second network connection.

Diabetes 2030: Insights from Yesterday, Today, and Future Trends
Abstract
To forecast future trends in diabetes prevalence, morbidity, and
costs in the United States, the Institute for Alternative Futures
has updated its diabetes forecasting model and extended its projections
to 2030 for the nation, all states, and several metropolitan areas.
This paper describes the methodology and data sources for these
diabetes forecasts and discusses key implications. In short, diabetes
will remain a major health crisis in America, in spite of medical
advances and prevention efforts. The prevalence of diabetes (type
2 diabetes and type 1 diabetes) will increase by 54% to more than
54.9 million Americans between 2015 and 2030; annual deaths attributed
to diabetes will climb by 38% to 385,800; and total annual medical
and societal costs related to diabetes will increase 53% to more
than $622 billion by 2030. Improvements in management reducing the
annual incidence of morbidities and premature deaths related to
diabetes over this time period will result in diabetes patients
living longer, but requiring many years of comprehensive management
of multiple chronic diseases, resulting in dramatically increased
costs. Aggressive population health measures, including increased
availability of diabetes prevention programs, could help millions
of adults prevent or delay the progression to type 2 diabetes,
thereby helping turn around these dire projections.

Imagine a computer, suspended in a flask of liquid, which assembles
itself when the liquid is poured onto a desktop. Sound like science
fiction? Hyman professor of chemistry Charles Lieber is making it
happen in his laboratory, where researchers have already created
tiny logic circuits and memory, the two main components of a
computer, in just this manner. And these circuits are tiny, just a
few atoms across.

Lieber makes the building blocks using a catalyst that favors growth
in only one direction. A key characteristic of the process he
developed is that it enables nanowires to be prepared in virtually
any "flavor" (i.e., with specific conductive properties). Mixing
and matching flavors can then lead to different types of devices.
The devices are made in an equally simple manner: an alcohol solution
of a specific nanowire flavor is poured through a grooved channel
in a polymer block to produce an array of parallel wires. Another
set of wires can be laid perpendicular to the first simply by
rotating the apparatus 90 degrees. Already, his lab has produced a
transistor just 10 atoms across.

Virus-Sized Transistors
February 2011
Devising a biological interface, in which a nanoscale device can
actually communicate with a living organism, has been an explicit
goal from the beginning, but has proven tricky. At its simplest,
the problem was inserting a transistor constructed on a flat plane
(think of the surface of a computer chip) into a three-dimensional
object: a cell perhaps 10 microns in size. Merely piercing the cell
was not enough, because transistors need a source wire from which
electrons flow and a drain wire through which they are discharged.
When he finally engineered the tiny device and tried to insert it
into a cell, however, he had no luck: pressing hard enough to disrupt
the cell membrane, he reports, killed the cell “pretty quickly.”
But when his team coated the hairpin nanowire with a fatty lipid
layer (the same substance cell membranes are made of), the device
was easily pulled into the cell via membrane fusion, a process
related to the one cells use to engulf viruses and bacteria. This
innovation is important, Lieber explains, because it indicates that
when a man-made structure is as small as a virus or bacteria, it
can behave the way biological structures do.

In 2001 American chemist, inventor, nanotechnologist, Charles Lieber at Harvard University innovated self assembling nano technology called Liquid Computing producing a transistor just 10 atoms across. In 2011, Lieber devised a biological interface nanoscale device that can actually communicate with a living organism, a transistor that can be inserted into a human cell 10 microns in size using a fatty lipid as the delivery system. Lieber became a "Strategic Scientist" at Wuhan University of Technology in China and acted as a contractual participant in China's Thousand Talents Plan. Lieber was initially arrested for espionage, but charges were reduced to tax evasion resulting in a fine and six months of house arrest.

2025 Counting and Certification of Electoral Votes Designated
National Special Security Event
The 2025 Counting and Certification of Electoral Votes in Washington,
DC on Jan. 6, 2025, has been designated a National Special Security
Event by the Secretary of Homeland Security.
This marks the first time a National Special Security Event designation
has been granted for a Certification of Electoral Votes and follows
a request made by the DC Mayor to designate this event a National
Special Security Event. Various reports including from the House
Select January 6 Committee and the Government Accountability Office
also called for the DHS Secretary to consider a National Special
Security Event designation for future Certification of Electoral
Votes.
“National Special Security Events are events of the highest national
significance,” said Eric Ranaghan, the Special Agent in Charge of
the U.S. Secret Service’s Dignitary Protective Division. “The U.S.
Secret Service, in collaboration with our federal, state, and local
partners are committed to developing and implementing a comprehensive
and integrated security plan to ensure the safety and security of
this event and its participants.”
The formal planning process is underway with the formation of an
Executive Steering Committee. The Executive Steering Committee is
made up of senior representatives from federal, state and local law
enforcement and public safety partners and will begin convening in
the coming weeks.
In addition to the 2025 Counting and Certification of Electoral
Votes on Jan. 6, the 2025 Presidential Inauguration on Jan. 20 was
previously designated a National Special Security Event and planning
has been ongoing for several months.
This designation allows for significant resources from the federal
government, as well as from state and local partners, to be utilized
in a comprehensive security plan. When an event is designated a
National Special Security Event, the U.S. Secret Service assumes
its mandated role as the lead agency for the design and implementation
of the operational security plan.

stations used to detect seismic activity during September 2023. We

Camp Century
In May 1959, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) scouted a remote location in Greenland for Camp Century, so named because it was originally intended to be built 100 miles from the edge of the Greenland ice cap. The USACE selected a site 150 miles from the Thule Air Base in some of the harshest conditions imaginable—temperatures as low as -70°F, winds as high as 125 miles per hour, and an annual snowfall of more than four feet. Despite these challenges, in under two years the Army had constructed a sprawling complex underneath the Arctic ice capable of housing 200 soldiers. source
Before and after WWII there has been a fascination with the Arctic poles by many countries, especially the United Sates. In order to construct Camp Century, the U.S. signed the Defense of Greenland Treaty. Over the course of a decade, three bases were constructed to provide radar stations for ballistic missile early warning systems. Camp Century was powered by a portable nuclear reactor. These logistical engineering feats were accomplished in 1959 in some of the most extreme weather conditions on earth. Can you imagine what type of arctic city construction advancements have been made since then some 65 years later? The best I can do right now is assess that plasma has some sort of link to consciousness. No matter where you are in the universe your awareness can be transported anywhere, anytime instantaneously. You can be thousands of light years away and your consciousness can attach to a plasma object instance on earth. You are aware and experiencing reality as if you were actually here. Plasma is the precursor foundational element of atomic matter and if you are technologically adept enough, you can be a creator and instantiate matter as an expression of your mind and attach your awareness to any non-local object instantiation such as orbs inserted into earth's atmosphere. This is technology that is far superior to anything known to man.
The center of the galaxy is a giant mother star with her children floating all around her. The offspring are connected by the Birkeland currents, a sort of stellar neural network. Consciousness can ride through these currents anywhere, anytime, to any location within the connected galactic network. If you are a life-form who has access to this tech and wanted to co-locate from some remote location here to earth, this is how you would do it. You don't need to physically be here. Your awareness is attached to the object you instantiated by the connected plasma, your consciousness is then transported to that target plasma instantiation of atomic matter in a new locale which you control with your awareness remotely. This is extraordinary by any human standard however, I suspect this is very ancient technology.
With this plasma inducing capability, you could create or copy ANYTHING that is made of atomic matter and have it be your remote observational input device.

From where I'm sitting, this looks to me like an effort to achieve a global agreement for a digital reality that has already been successfully deployed in secret, already installed and fully operational. It is basically a soup of platitudes and vacuous meaningless prose reaffirming "Sustainable Development Goals" and commitment to the 2030 Agenda. I mean what does that word "sustainable" actually mean anyway? Is a $3 TRILLION dollar company that manufactures chips for Artificial Intelligence that is being used to obsolete human decision making and automate a "demonstration war" to kill the people in Gaza and Ukraine with mechanical precision "sustainable"? The vile and ruthless deployment of a blanket of hardware and bio technology smothering the planet with a covert fraudulently installed secret system of full spectrum surveillance over the unwitting masses; living, breathing, flesh and blood people on this planet used as digital input devices "sustainable"? Or how about the decadal clandestine geoengineering of the entire planet dispersing aluminum particulates into the breathable atmosphere while deploying secret orbital technology to melt the polar ice caps in order to steal unclaimed natural resources in secret. Since we live in a FAILED and ENSLAVED society, thanks to this "ruling class", we can only do the next best thing; that is to achieve a wider review of these documents and ensure that enough Good Shepherds who's ONLY interest is the fruitful beneficial development of mankind as a growing and maturing species, is FULLY and accurately represented. A well informed LARGE group of REAL representatives will yield a far better chance for the success of mankind as the dominant species on planet earth, ensuring it will enter the future fully informed of the Truth and prepared for the reality of that Truth when it arrives.
