When the most secure, surveilled, and guarded location on planet earth can't find the owner of an illicit dime bag of cocaine, it's time to call it quits folks. Massive investment into the surveillance state has FAILED MISERABLY. 911 "box cutters" anyone?
Cameras EVERYWHERE, police, secret service, military, fences, weapons, millions, billions, trillions, invested in super advanced sophisticated technology renovations and STILL an illegal controlled substance was found in the heart of the most secure fortress in existence? May as well have been Anthrax. Oh wait, that WAS delivered to DC after 911 - scratch that.
It's time to cut our losses and call it a day. Security, surveillance, technology and total control DOESN'T WORK!
Maybe it's time to dismantle the national security apparatus, fire a bunch of people and take the National Security State budget and redirect it to more fruitful endeavors like mental health, drug education, and gun safety and self defense classes. It's clear folks - the National Security State is completely useless. One abject failure after another, Big Daddy government is not capable of protecting us or upholding the Law. It's time we invest our hard earned treasure more wisely.
